I have been in leadership and management for over 20 years, building expertise in entrepreneurship, strategy, operations, marketing, culture, and finance. The best part of what I do is learning, teaching, leading, and keeping that synergistic cycle going.

Over the last 14 years I have worked with start-ups and small business owners helping them launch and grow business from 0 to over $4MM. One of the best jobs when working in start-ups or small businesses, is that I don't just have one job! I love every minute of wearing multiple hats from leading to training or emergency plumbing to dealing with contractors! Working in start-ups has taught me to be results oriented, resilient, flexible, and patient.
